Seva Senior Services complies with applicable federal and Georgia civil rights laws and does not discriminate, exclude people, or treat them differently on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, marital status, veteran status, or source of payment.
This applies to everything we do
Our policy covers eligibility screening, admission to the senior day center, assignment of caregivers and coordinators, delivery of paid family caregiving and private-pay services, referrals, complaint handling, and employment. Our day center is open to seniors of every background, faith, and language, and is not affiliated with any religious organization.
Support for people with disabilities
We provide free aids and services to people with disabilities so they can communicate effectively with us, including:
- Qualified sign language interpreters.
- Written information in other formats, such as large print, audio, or accessible electronic formats.
Support for people whose primary language is not English
We provide free language services, including qualified interpreters and information written in other languages. Our own staff is multilingual, including South Asian languages. If you need these services, call (678) 671-0500.
How to file a grievance with Seva
If you believe we have failed to provide these services or discriminated in any way, you can file a grievance with our Compliance Contact by phone at (678) 671-0500, by email at intake@sevaseniorservices.com, or by mail to Compliance Contact, Seva Senior Services, 5950 Live Oak Parkway, Suite 360, Norcross, GA 30093. We can help you file it. We will acknowledge your grievance in writing and respond promptly. Filing a grievance will never affect the care you or your loved one receives.
How to file a complaint with the federal government
You may also file a civil rights complaint with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office for Civil Rights:
